For time:
5 x pull ups
95 pound Clean and jerk, 5 reps
5 x pull ups
115 pound Clean and jerk, 4 reps
3 x pullups
125 pound Clean and jerk, 3 reps
2 x pullups
145 pound Clean and jerk, 2 reps
1 x pullup
165 pound Clean and jerk, 1 rep

NOTE: you want to make the pull ups as tough as possible so if pull ups are not tough enough throw 2 towels over the bar and grip a towel in each hand and pull up if thats not tough enough do a towel grip pull up in a V sit if that’s not tough enough your already a beast take the day off ;-)
