For Time:

      5 Rounds:

            7 reps Hang Power Clean (225#, 155#, or a wt for a tough 7 reps on rd 1)
           14 reps Pistols (7 each leg)
.then….. 100m Sprints:

1 sprint every minute for 12 rounds
