Warm up ( 5 min each)

  • Run/Bike/Row

Core: 5 minutes

Strength ( reps 21-18-15-12-9-6) OF THE FOLLOWING

  • SDHP
  • STRICT OVERHEAD PRESS

Then………. do the following for 5 sets

  • 15x push ups
  • Swim across pool ( or sub with a bear crawl)
  • 15 x Air squat
