Dynamic Stretch
Finish with a stretch

Monday:
6 X rounds of the following
10 X Hang squat clean ( # 70 / 45#)
8 x Handstand push-ups
50 x Jump Rope

20 Push-ups
30 Sit-ups
40 Squats
Farmer walk for 3 min w/ 20 lb db on treadmill

10 x Bench press: 135
10x Pistols

Thur:
Snatch 5×5
Four rounds for time of:
- Run 200 meters
- 135 pound Thruster, 12 reps
- Run 200 meters
- 135 pound Push press, 10 reps
- Run 200 meters
- Dips , 8 reps
