Whether or not you are on a quest to win the Crossfit Games or not, this thing that we all do is a real journey. We get to find so much out about ourselves. We chase goals, we improve our movements, we do things we havent done since we were kids, we find out that there are all kinds of cool people that we wouldnt have hung out with for any reason but we do now because they do burpees, we learn new ways to eat, we regularly reach deep down inside and go to places that most dont, we cheer other members on when we are exhausted, we wake up with our first thought wondering what our workout is for the day,
