- Air Squat
- Over head Squat
Complete the following: 5 Rounds:
10 reps KB Swing
8 reps Pistol Squat ( 5 each side) challenge yourself
With remaining time:
7 sets of hang Snatch 3 reps working your way up to a 90% max lift
