Pollen Alert

eat extra clean, no dairy ( I seem to do ok with grass butter and whey
protein) and absolutly no gluten, use a Nettie pot once or twice a day ,
gargle with warm salt water and be sure to wash your hair before going to bed
and limit outside workouts atleast until the end of the month when the
pollen stars to subside.

Note: each workout we will warm up ( run, row or bike ) then core and a dynamic stretch rounds

BB Lunge x 12
X-walk x 14

FRI:
20 min amrap (30 sec per station)
Push up
Air Squat
DB Clean or med ball clean
Mountain Climber
